Hi, thanks for visiting my site. 

I'm a cancer survivor who has been a health and nutrition educator, writer, content creator, and humanitarian for over 25 years with a specialty teaching food education to adults and kids ages 2 years old and up. As a nutritionist and writer, my areas of expertise are developing train-the-trainer sessions, job training programs, writing age-specific curricula, packaging digital health content, and working on health and educational program development. 

I have a master's of science degree in nutrition and have developed culinary arts programs and corporate wellness programs for adults and children for non-profits, schools, and for-profit companies for over 25 years..
