Hi, thanks for visiting my new site. I've been a nutritionist and health educator for over 25 years with a specialty teaching food education to adults and kids ages 2 years old and up. I love creating program ideas and educational materials that bring people together while learning about food, health, fitness, and science. Many of my seasonal, plant-based dishes focus on reducing food waste and using low-cost ingredients to create nutritious meals many people can partake in. I hope you enjoy the site! I try to post once a day if my health allows so check back for new meal ideas and art / science projects!
You can read more about my work history on my About page or Linkedin profile. You can find lesson plans and other info on my Freebies page.
